Three Reasons Why Coaches and Consultants Avoid Guarantees

If a coach or consultant isn’t confident about their methods and program, you won’t get a written guarantee. What it is

 For businesses, we commit to producing at least 200% of our annualized fee in additional profit for you.  If your profit falls short of that, we refund the shortfall from our coaching fee.

Example (hypothetical):
For the coming year you are projecting an annual profit of $400,000 (the baseline).  Our annualized coaching fee is $60,000.  We guarantee we will help you generate a profit of at least $520,000 or refund you the shortfall.  $520,000 == original $400,000 + $120,000 (200% of the coaching fee).

How we build it

Prior to signing an agreement, we agree on a profit baseline, working with you and your team.  The profit baseline ($400,000 in the example to the left)  is based on a 3-year average of revenue and profit, and other KPIs and trends.  Details are all specified in the business agreement we review together and sign.
